I'm really loving getting back into yoga after a few years. It's a light hearted, fun atmosphere where you are encouraged to listen to your body and also guided into the poses in a way that helps achieve the pose more easily. I love that my muscles are always sore afterwards, it proof that I have had a great yoga session!!!
